 This is a viscous copolymer coating designed as a finish system over FlexRock Base Kote or FlexRock Base Overlay. The Finish Kote product works well with a nine-inch roller followed by troweling. Textured roller naps or carpet naps can be used for certain stipples.
A rounded pool trowel will give an easy trowel mark close to a conventional plaster finish. The product can also be sprayed with a hopper gun or heavy materials gun for a textured look. Textures can vary depending on air pressure and thickness of applied product. The average coverage rate for this product is approximately 20 square feet per gallon.
The FlexRock Finish Kote System above was sprayed using a hopper gun. Areas of application include an existing aggregate wall, new window treatments, new crown molding and new soffit. Note that there are no seams in the soffit after installation.
