 This is a viscous acrylic co-polymer coating also designed for re-finishing existing surfaces but can be used as a finish system in a New FlexRock Installation. This product was developed because of market demand for a single-application stucco refinish system. Being fiber reinforced it has the ability also to bridge small cracks and create a tough and flexible membrane. The product can be rolled, rolled followed by trowel, sprayed, or simply troweled on. The approximate coverage rate is also 18-20 square feet per gallon.
 This product design allows a single pass application that can completely change the exterior appearance of a structure. Large cracks or stress areas should be reinforced with FlexRock Polyester embedded prior into the Base Kote product or embedded into the Re-Finish Kote during application. A proper application of the Re-Finish Kote over a solid substrate will render the surface weather resistant for many years.
